This page describes how PC Martelecom handles the invoices and contact details submitted through the free telecom bill audit.
What we collect
The invoice files you upload, the information extracted from them, and the contact details you provide to unlock your report (name, company or individual status, email, phone, optional employee and location counts, preferred language). Marketing consent is recorded separately and is never required.
Why we use it
To read your invoice, compare it with verified public offers from Bell, Rogers and TELUS, prepare your report, and contact you about your request. Your consent is recorded with a version number and timestamp.
Storage and access
Invoice files are stored privately and are not publicly listable. They are read only by authorized PC Martelecom staff and by the automated analysis process, which uses short-lived signed links. Account numbers are stored masked (last four digits only).
Retention
Raw invoice files are scheduled for deletion 30 days after upload, and a daily job removes every application reference to them. Audit summaries and lead information are retained for follow-up and can be deleted on request.
Your report link
Your report is accessible through a personal token link that you can ask us to revoke at any time. It grants access only to your own report.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting info@pcmartelecom.com or 1-855-505-0612.
